This Friday there is a big boxing event happening in Madison Square Garden in New York involving one of America’s bright new stars.
New York has seen better days as a place in recent years obviously but this weekend another quality boxing card will roll in.
US boxing star Keyshawn Davis fights for his first world title this weekend:
The WBO lightweight championship of the world is up for grabs this Friday night in a tough fight for Davis, too.
Speaking ahead of the fight Davis said on his X account:
“All the eggs in one basket Keyshawn you got this sh** on your shoulders. #Feb14th#MSG”
Expect a Valentines Day massacre of general mayhem in the ring this Friday in New York.
If Davis wins the title at only 25-years-old this weekend, that will be something else — the iconic Madison Square Garden too.
He’s only 13-0 at the moment and are matching him tough and really throwing him in there early for a world title, great to see, and, a sign of the times were are in now as a sport in boxing.
