Jared Anderson the US heavyweight prospect returned to the ring tonight at Madison Square Garden on the Keyshawn Davis undercard.
Anderson, 25, had suffered his first loss as a pro previously by a brutal knockout loss last time out last year to Martin Bakole.
He came back tonight with a ten round points win by unanimous decision over Marios Kollias.
It didn’t come across as terribly impressive to a lot of boxing fans in terms of the flatness of it, but he got the job done in terms of moving on from the loss.
He may need to find the eye of the tiger a little bit in terms of motivation moving forward, now with a record 18-1-15 KO — as he will need to due to the heavyweight division being an absolute shark pool of competition worldwide at the minute.
