There is currently a scramble underway on the Shakur Stevenson fight this weekend to find a replacement opponent.
There should be a replacement drafted in no problem shortly but unfortunately Floyd Schofield, who was expected to challenge Stevenson this weekend, has pulled out on fight week itself citing illness.
Never a good thing when this happens on fight week but organizers will have been prepared.
Shakur Stevenson before the fight actually mentioned he believed his opponent would pull out of the fight with him.
A prediction that has now come true.
Later today there likely will be an update on what is happening.
