Artur Beterbiev is even more ready for the rematch tonight against Dmitry Bivol then when he was in the first fight.
Speaking to DAZN ahead of the fight tonight Beterbiev said on an knee injury in the first fight:
“You know, in the first fight, there was only a little time before the fight—like three or four months during camp. Everything together wasn’t perfect back then, but now it’s better. Now it’s close to perfect.”
Something he never complained about before the fight or even mentioned in the run up the rematch tonight against Bivol.
A testament to the sportsman and athlete the man is, and a warning sign for Bivol tonight that Beterbiev will be much stronger then the first fight.
Both Beterbiev and Bivol are class acts.
What a fight in store tonight.
