Now that the dust has settled on Shakur Stevenson’s ninth round stoppage win the man himself has took to social media.
Josh Padley was a last minute replacement for Floyd Schofield but he was 15-0 before Stevenson dissected him and stopped him.
Speaking on X a short time ago Stevenson said to Padley:
“Respect to @Joshpad u put ya undefeated record on the line fought against the best u put it all on the line bro and I appreciate u and pray u get more opportunities my guy!!”

Stevenson added on the win this weekend:
“Same thing that happened to the electrician man will happen to all your favorite fighters.. Bro I understand boxing better then anybody Hit don’t get hit puts me above everyone ALL WORK EASY WORK!”
A good win for Stevenson.
He now waits to see how Davis does on March 1st against Lamont Roach — let’s see what happens.
