In some rather interesting to say the least news in boxing more light has now been shed on the recent Gervonta Davis vs Jake Paul discussions.
Most wrote the whole thing off as rubbish.
But as Dan Rafael on X points out now this wasn’t the case:

Basically, look, the fight is not happening now.
However, the fact it was been taken serious at discussion level is truly amazing.
Expect Netflix and more big players to come to boxing in a bigger way this year too.
The sport if exploding with interest and will continue to safely to do in the years ahead.
It is all about the best boxers fighting the best boxers though, at the highest level, everything is driven by that at the end of the day.
