World champion and boxing beauty Skye Nicolson is a class act and returns to the ring this weekend.
Not in an easy fight either against an unbeaten American opponent who wants to upset the apple cart.
Speaking to Matchroom Boxing on a documentary ahead of this weekend Nicolson said of a possible new nickname as she doesn’t have one yet:
“I don’t really have one. Maybe ‘The Thunder from Down Under,’ but I find all those names super cringe.”
There will be a great crowd Down Under this weekend with a plethora of Australian and international boxing talent on display in good fights.
Not outstanding fights this weekend, but definitely good ones, no doubt about it.
The card is solid and at that level of professional boxing upsets can and do frequently happen.
