Carl Froch of the UK is the latest to give his respects to boxing legend George Foreman who sadly passed away.
Speaking on his podcast Froch said:
“Rest in peace, George Foreman—one of the greatest to do it. He’s inspired so many. He was a man of faith too—an unbelievable man. It’s nice to see what he did with himself after boxing. He didn’t go quiet—he got the deal with the Foreman Grills, became an entrepreneur, and probably made more money with those grills than he did boxing.”
True enough.
Foreman did well from the grills but a lot of people don’t know he had a lot of other ventures and investments that were very successful as well.
Not just the grills — but he didn’t mention them really.
Nor where they ever known in the public outside of a few interviews here and there in recent years.
