Current world champion and pound for pound star Shakur Stevenson has reacted to the sad news of George Foreman’s death.
It comes as so many former champions come out of the woodwork to pay their respects to a man who did so much for the sport and his country.
Shakur Stevenson said on X of the news:
“Rest up Legend!!”
Foreman will go down not only as one of the greatest heavyweights that ever lived.
But one of the few sportsmen who made the move to investments and business successfully when he retired.
But more importantly, than anything, his King of the comebacks in boxing and in life will go down as one of, if not the best, ever.
