Not many picked up on the UK fighters thoughts on the passing of a legend in the sport no longer with us but not forgotten.
Many in boxing have paid their respects to the great Foreman this week.
Chris Eubank is getting ready for his big fight next month with Conor Benn but made time to pay his respects recently to George Foreman on his recent death, saying on social media:
“Rest in Peace to one of my boxing heroes – The Legendary George Foreman”
Eubank Jr is getting ready for his own fight next month on April 26th against Conor Benn.
No doubt he will look to use Foreman as inspiration in training — as many fighters are doing at the moment.
