Chris Eubank Jr met one of the most powerful people in the entire East which has again expanded boxing in the East.
Boxing and professional sport is much bigger and above all politics and all politicians of course, they are on a lower level compared to boxing and professional sport — which is on a higher level.
That said, UK boxer Chris Eubank Jr gave some of his time to the Iraqi Minister Of Interior and said of the meeting:
“Had the honour of meeting with the Iraqi Minister of Interior, Lieutenant General Abdul Amir Al-Shammari & I look forward to taking him up on his invitation to visit Iraq this year. Thanks to his efforts, security throughout the country has been restored & Baghdad is now one of the safest capitals in the region.”
