Jaron Ennis has called the bluff of one his boxing rivals and fellow world champions after his latest big win that happened at the Boardwalk Hall.
‘Boots’ Ennis is one of boxing’s new high flyers and stars in the sport.
Now 34-0-30 KO he put on a career best performance this weekend beating Lithuania’s first and only ever world champion in six rounds.
Speaking after the fight to reporters at the press conference Ennis shut down some talk with Brian Norman saying if he really wanted the fight he would have accepted the $2 million they offered to fight him recently.
Rather than fighting for the tiny $200,000 that Ennis says Norman fought for instead.
Norman recently won big himself and is the youngest world champion in the entire sport.
Norman holds the WBO belt and Ennis holds the IBF title at welterweight.
Both are young undefeated world champions from America.
The fight is a natural one to make.
