He suffered a vicious knockout loss to Daniel Dubois last year. A really bad one no less.
So the next opponent has to get his confidence back.
Crucially he must win.
But that being said, if it was Tyson Fury it would be great too.
Joshua knows he has the power to hurt Fury if he lands.
At the moment he’s taking time out from the UK and has been in Africa recently as part of his repair.
He has been embraced by locals in Africa and worldwide — good things for him mentally in his repair.
The ultimate tool in the repair mission however will be viciously knocking out someone himself — in his next fight.
