Davis is deep in training for Lamont Roach now and is coming all guns blazing, as will be Roach.
Speaking on the Amazon Prime Gloves Are Off pre-fight program Davis mentioned:
“He’s a solid fighter. It’s going to be great. Come watch the fight. All that, and I see what you said, talking about if you knock me out, you going to do this. All right now, I seen it. I seen it. Better be ready, fam.”
He clearly has given his opponent the appropriate respect in terms of preparation.
Davis knows at this level one mistake can be lights out in professional boxing.
