A tremendous back and forth action match in women’s boxing happened today at featherweight.
As mentioned going into the fight, America’s Tiara Brown, a former police officer, gave Nicolson one hell of a fight — more than that — she won on points just now and extended her professional unbeaten record.
The fight went to the scorecards a short time ago and Brown got a split decision.
Many disagreeing and thought Nicolson deserved to get the win.
Surely a rematch will now happen.
No one can ever say Australian boxing judges or Australia are biased towards their own fighters after today in Australia.
Rematch will have to be ordered, bigger fight second time around too.
