Deontay Wilder Outlines Plan For Tyson Fury Rematch

Early plans and talks for a Wilder vs Fury rematch for the WBC heavyweight title are underway after the pair shared the ring recently in LA in what turned out to be one of the most dramatic heavyweight title fights in years.

Ultimately the fight was scored a draw which has left the boxing public screaming for the rematch but when and where it happens still remains to be seen.

Now however, Wilder himself has revealed that there is one place in particular he thinks that it might happen.

Speaking on the JRE podcast he said:

“Vegas makes it easy for people because you’ve got the airport right there five minutes from the strip and that’s where most people be at.”

He added:

“Maybe we’re looking at April, May or June (2019). Somewhere up in there. We’ll see what happens. I’m excited though.”

One would imagine news should come on this fight before the turn of the new year.
