Fan favorite and former heavyweight champion Shannon ‘The Canon’ or ‘Lets Go Champ’ Briggs was up to his old tricks this week.
A bit of light humor almost turned into volatile Briggs picking up a weapon and smacking former UFC champion Quinton Jackson over the head with it:

Whether or not anything comes of this down the line in terms of a boxing match remains to be seen.
Jackson certainly not the easily suggestable type of individual to Briggs’ sense of humor.
You get the sense that although just fun and games and light banter one false move and fists could start flying.
